About Me
Hi, I am Charlie Brown. I am a separated 37 year old born and raised in the trailer park. I have lived up and down the east coast and across the states to Texas in everything from cars and tents to a haunted masion built in the 1700's. As long as I can remember I have been drawing. I wish I could say I got encouragement from my folks but I didn't. Even so, I was always one of the best in all of my art classes. I have fought everything from abuse and disabilities to drug addiction and alcoholism. I guess that is my motivation; never to return to that environment. I choose to create psycadelic black light art because I love the atmosphere it creates, a wide variety of people appreciate it and it comes from an era of peace. It just reminds me of a time when Americans really rallied around causes (right or wrong), spoke out, fought and sometimes died for what they believed in. I also choose to create erotic art because I really admire the female anatomy. To me there is nothing more beautiful than a well built woman in motion. DAMN! I can watch women all day long. Some of my crazier stuff I guess I can just blame on the craziness and insanity in my brain. Art has become a soothing outlet for me. Some of my influences are: * Michealangelo I admire their techniques and their graceful fluid motion of the human body. I owe a lot of inspiration to music as well. The hours upon hours I have spent scrawling out of my art, music from AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, Guns N Roses, Disturbed, Metallica, Cypress Hill, Snoop Dogg, Limp Bizkit, Johnny Cash, Travis Tritt, Trace Atkins, Hank Williams Jr, and hundreds more kept me rockin' and rollin'. I don't know what else to tell you about myself, I just hope viewing my art is as big of a trip for you as it was for me creating it Thanx! |
